CY independent research and development of PC Bar anchorage system contains anchor head and wedges, which can be applied to Ф6mm~Ф16mm PC bar or wire stressing and anchoring. The wedges are made of low carbon alloy structural steel, after heat treatment, the surface hardness can reach HV800±100. The anchor head is made of high quality alloy structural steel and is treated with quality adjustment, and finalize the design after more than 1000 groups of research and development experiment. The results of 300 sets of stereotypes experiment showed that the anchorage efficiency reached 98.8% on average, meeting the requirements of PC bar anchorage performance in GB/T5223.3-2005 and GB/T228.
