Round shape and flat shape steel galvanized duct were extensively applied in Post-tensioning construction. These galvanized corrugated duct mainly used in road, bridge, rain way, all kinds of special construction structure, water conservancy project and electrical engineering etc. And they were embedded inside of cement structure as cavity for grouting. This Flat Duct Machine would be used for pressed the galvanized corrugated round steel duct into flat shape duct;
This Flat Duct Machine would used decelerating motor to keep main working motor running as 100r/min; and the chain, which connected with the decelerating motor would convey power to trolley wheel to extruding the round galvanized corrugated duct into flat shape. Adjusting the obliquity of the trolley wheel, the duct would be pressured into the ideal dimension for usage.
